Meet Miss Silvia

Well, I did some saving and some selling, and the Big Day has arrived.  I am now the proud owner of a Rancilio Silvia espresso machine and her counterpart, a Rancilio Rocky grinder.  They are a sweet combo.  It’s a pretty decent set up for the home barista. It is a really big step up form my old Barista and Starbucks grinder.  At least the road to excellence is paved with coffee. As I get it all figured out, I’ll be posting to let you know how I’m progressing.
